CobbleStay prices include all taxes, departure cleaning and free calls
to Continental US/Canada phone and European land lines.
All CobbleStay properties include a private WiFi network and a TV with English channels CNN and BBC.
Payment terms: A 20% payment is required to book the apartment and the remaining
balance is due 45 days before arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of
arrival require full payment to book.
Early arrivals and departures are available by phone after you make your booking.
50% of one night's rent required to block the property for an early arrival or late departure.
Standard arrival times are after 4pm and departures are before 10am.
