No Hidden Fees

All of our apartments have free Wi-Fi and you may make unlimited phone calls to the United States and Europe from the apartment phone.

Departure cleaning is included in the price of your rental.


When you stay in an apartment instead of a hotel, you have room to spread out! No more toppling over each other and your suitcases.

Being able to cook some (if not all) of your meals in the apartment kitchen saves money and allows you to shop the local fresh markets and cook fresh (so French!). Dining in can help you avoid the hassle or formality of dining out three times a day (especially if you have children).

Staying in an apartment makes you feel more like a Paris Insider. You get to know the local businesses, learn a few shortcuts through the neighborhood and live like a local.


Minimum length of stay is 4 nights or more. Contact us to inquire about shorter stays.

All reservations are completely non-refundable unless filing a claim as covered under your purchased travel insurance. As long as you have purchased travel insurance from CobbleStay, you have the ability to cancel your booking for a covered reason.

Payment Terms

A 50% payment is required to book the apartment and the remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment to book.

Travel Insurance

We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance! So many things can happen prior to your departure that are out of your control. Not only can you or someone in your family get sick, but your job situation can change, a volcano could erupt, or an unplanned event could arise.

Once you are in Paris, your luggage could be delayed or lost, you could need emergency medical care/transportation or your trip could be interrupted by an emergency at home. We offer a very comprehensive insurance plan that is very affordable. After you purchase it, you have up to 10 days to cancel it if you decide that you do not want it as long as you have not left on your trip or have filed a claim.

During Your Stay

Check in time is 4:00 pm.

We realize that many flights from the US arrive early in the morning so if you require guaranteed early entry into the apartment, we suggest that you reserve the apartment for the night prior to your arrival. This is best for those flights that arrive into Paris between 6am and 8am.

If your apartment is not occupied the night before your arrival we can offer you a guaranteed early entry in (before 4pm) for 50 % of a nightly stay price. (Subject to availability and must be booked 1 week prior to your arrival.)

If you choose not to pay the early check in fee, we recommend purchasing our concierge service. Not only will you have someone to book reservations for you, help plan your itinerary and answer questions about Paris, but a 1.5 hour tour around the neighborhood of your apartment is included in the price. You can arrange to meet the concierge upon your arrival into Paris (this is usually at a hotel) and they can assist you in talking to the bell desk in French (as only a Parisian knows how to do) to hold your bags for you until 4pm (usually for the cost of a tip per bag, so arrive with some euros handy).

Just prior to your arrival, you will receive the contact information for your Dedicated Arrival Manager (DAM) in Paris. They will also have your contact information.

Your DAM will meet you at the apartment, give you keys and show you how things work in the apartment. Your DAM is your contact person while in Paris should you need something in the apartment, have a question about how something works in the apartment or if something needs to be fixed during your stay.

Please call your Dedicated Arrival Manager as soon as possible if you lose the keys to your apartment. You may also call CobbleStay at 1-800-608-6548.

Check out time is 10 am.

In the event that you are leaving later in the day and you would like a later check out time, if the apartment is available, you may pay a late departure fee equal to 50% of a night’s stay. (Must be arranged 1 week prior to your arrival and is subject to availability.)

Booking an Apartment

Concierge Service

While we do not currently book air travel, we can help you plan some exciting things to do and see while you are in Paris. Our optional concierge service can help make your arrival process smooth and stress free. Your concierge will meet you at a pre-determined place (usually a hotel) and help you find a place to store your luggage (usually you will need to tip a bell staff to do this for you, so please have some euros handy). Then you will take a 1.5 hour tour of the neighborhood surrounding your apartment. This is a great way to learn where you will shop for food, the local Metro stops and other things you may need while in Paris. You can discuss reservations that you want the concierge to book for you and other plans you may need to arrange through them. This is a great way to spend the first part of your first day in Paris and we highly recommend it! Please ask your CobbleStay booking agent about this service. Ask for us quote for your needs.
