Our guests love the extra space you have when you stay in an apartment. There is room to spread out.You aren’t toppling over each other and your suitcases.
Being able to cook some (if not all) of your meals in the apartment kitchen offers many benefits; it is cost effective, it allows you to shop the local fresh markets and cook what you buy (so French!), it makes travel much easier if your children are along for the trip and sometimes you just don’t want the hassle or formality of dining out three times a day.
Staying in an apartment makes you feel more like a “Paris Insider”. You get to know the local businesses, learn a few shortcuts through the neighborhood and live like a local.
You get much for value for your dollar renting an apartment vs. staying in a hotel.

Yes we do and we HIGHLY recommend it! So many things can happen prior to your departure that are out of your control. Not only can you or someone in your family get sick, but your job situation can change, a volcano could erupt, or an unplanned event could arise. Once you are in Paris, your luggage could be delayed or lost, you could need emergency medical care/transportation or your trip could be interrupted by an emergency at home. We offer a very comprehensive insurance plan that is very affordable. You can read more about it HERE and after you purchase it, you have up to 10 days to cancel it if you decide that you do not want it as long as you have not left on your trip or have filed a claim.
Yes, we do have apartments that are close to each other to accommodate larger groups of guests. Please call our Reservation Desk to see what is available at 1-800-608-6548.
We believe that staying in an apartment is one of the best ways to travel to Paris for a family. Many of our apartments are child friendly and many even have baby equipment available upon request. Please call our Reservation Specialist so that they can tell you which apartment will be right for you and your family.
While we do not currently book air travel, we can help you plan some exciting things to do and see while you are in Paris. Please talk to our Reservation Specialist about what we offer at 1-800-608-6548.
Check in time is 4:00 pm. We realize that many flights from the US arrive early in the morning and have a few suggestions for that possibility:
Please read our information given under “What time can I check in to the apartment?” If you choose not to pay the early check in fee, we recommend purchasing our concierge service. Not only will you have someone to book reservations for you, help plan your itinerary and answer questions about Paris, but a 1.5 hour tour around the neighborhood of your apartment is included in the price. You can arrange to meet the concierge upon your arrival into Paris (this is usually at a hotel) and they can assist you in talking to the bell desk in French (as only a Parisian knows how to do) to hold your bags for you until 4pm (usually for the cost of a tip per bag, so arrive with some euros handy). We highly suggest the concierge service.
Just prior to your departure, you will receive the contact information for your Dedicated Arrival Manager (DAM) in Paris. They will also have your contact information. Your DAM will meet you at the apartment, give you keys and show you how things work in the apartment. Your DAM is your contact person while in Paris should you need something in the apartment, have a question about how something works in the apartment or if something needs to be fixed during your stay.
Please call your Dedicated Arrival Manager as soon as possible if you lose the keys to your apartment. You may also call CobbleStay at 1-800-608-6548.
Contact your Dedicated Arrival Manager if something isn’t working in the apartment. You may also call CobbleStay at 1-800-608-6548.
Check out time is 10 am. In the event that you are leaving later in the day and you would like a later check out time, if the apartment is available, you may pay a late departure fee equal to 50% of a night’s stay. This must be arranged 1 week prior to your arrival and is subject to availability. Often times upon your departure, the apartment is cleaned immediately and the next guests arrive in the afternoon. Thank you for understanding our policy.
Within 10 days of your booking reservation, you may also cancel for full refund, for any reason if 1) Your arrival date is more than 45 days from your original booking date. AND 2) You have purchased travel insurance at the time of your booking. All other reservations are completely non refundable unless filing a claim as covered under travel insurance. As long as you have purchased travel insurance from CobbleStay, you have the ability to cancel your booking for a covered reason. Download a sample copy of the terms and conditions of your plan for details of your policy if purchased through CobbleStay.
