Monument seekers desiring open space, balconies, and views will adore the Roof Top Townhouse, CobbleStay #26.
Ride the spacious elevator up to the sixth floor and enter the apartment which spans the entire top floor of the building.
The open concept living space looks out to stunning views of the neighborhood rooftops and Eiffel Tower with the kitchen conveniently located right next to the dining room.
The elevator is a large Otis modern elevator like the ones you find in North America - a rare find in Paris.
The apartment is new, very comfortable and spacious with modern amenities (Nespresso machine, IPod docking station, microwave, cable TV, free calls to US, WIFI, DVD players, large collection of DVD movies for kids and adults, hot water for tea.)
AC runs throughout the property and parking is nearby on Avenue Klever. Street parking is generally available on most evenings and weekends as well.
Located halfway between Arc de Triumph and Trocadero, this luxury property is in the heart of the 16th shopping and museum district. The Trocadero which frames the Eiffel Tower is just down the street. Within walking distance are the Maratime Museum, Guimet Asian Arts Museum, Modern Art Museum, Palais de Tokyo, Fashion Museum, Napoleon Museum at the top of Arc de Triumph and many more. Lots of shopping on Ave Victor Hugo as well as nearby in Passy.
The big park, Bois de Bologne, is close, as is the nearest grocery store. Champs des Elysees is a 10 minute walk away.

I was taken into a new world during my stay in this apartment. I fell in love with the restaurants near the area. Lights would accentuate the vibrant colors of Eiffel Tower during the night, making the experience more romantic.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! So glad you were able to experience the beauty of Paris while staying with us and we look forward to hosting you again soon. Merci! The CobbleStay Team
Absolutely perfect. Great location, large, beautiful apartment with very helpful management.
We stayed for four nights in this comfortable and perfectly located apartment in Paris. The views of the Eiffel Tower (especially from the balcony at night) were beautiful. The unit was clean, secure and a welcome change from a small and impersonal hotel room.
We've rented apartments and condos for vacations before, and we were so thankful we took that route for our trip to Paris. This apartment and Cobblestay were both fantastic! We loved the neighborhood, the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the wonderful restaurants and shops in all directions. The Corner Café right outside the door was especially great.
The apartment is very nice and was very spacious for us and our two children, ages 12 and 7. While it's a one-bedroom apartment, Ze had nice cots setup in the living area for the kids. It worked out wonderfully and we'd definitely recommend this to any family coming to Paris. The two security doors made us feel very safe, even though we were already in a nice, apparently safe neighborhood. The washer and dryer on the next floor down were very handy for us. We also ran out of toilet paper and laundry soap during our stay, but we really enjoyed going to the Parisian grocery stores so it wasn't a big deal for us to purchase more.
Merci for your review! So happy to hear your family enjoyed your stay in this property. Definitely looking forward to helping you return to Paris in the future!
