The apartment has been completely remodeled by a designer and architect with no detail spared. You will see the results around every corner of the apartment – from the 20 foot windows and the extended balcony with sweeping views of the Eiffel Tower, to the five-star linens and luxurious bathroom with the finest furnishings. Everything is new. It is hard to imagine a better setup.

Upon entering, you notice the dramatic front windows that stretch up and over into the ceiling. There is abundant natural light throughout the apartment. There are 4 access points to the terrace surrounding the apartment.
You can start your day with breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower with plenty of room to relax on the Cassina couch with table.
Open American style kitchen extending from the living room with all integrated Seimens appliances. There is a dining table separating the kitchen from the living room.
Private and separated by the hallway, the master bedroom features an American queen size bed with its own bathroom including antique bathtub surrounded by modern amenities. French doors open onto the bedroom terrace with its own table and chairs.
A sleek staircase leads you upstairs where you find the relaxing and sleeping mezzanine with a rounded railing and hardwood floors. The private area features a full size futon, which can sleep 2 guests.
2 Bathrooms: The master bathroom is spacious with a full bath and shower with a high end glass door. There is abundant space, mirrors and light in the master bathroom. There is a toilet and sink in the extra bathroom.

The apt. was perfect for the three of us. Striking in appearance and beautifully kept. Our granddaughter had the upstairs sleeping loft and we the private bedroom. We were met by the very gracious homeowner who explained everything in the apt. and gave us great tips on places to go, local markets, bistros and interesting off the map places to see. The Location is great, central to all the places we were interested in- Notre Dame, the Marais and he Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. We loved it all and plan on returning in the future.

This was a great way to visit Paris. I would definitely recommend this apartment to 3 or 4 people. The only negative is that you will need to take public transportation to the sights they are not in walking distance. The market at Rue Mouffetard was terrific and there were enough restaurants nearby to fit the bill.

This apartment was beautiful. It was clean and spotless, had great amenities and the apartment guide for reference on how everything worked was fantastic. The floor to ceiling windows were stunning and the bathroom felt like a spa. We loved being able to come home here on our trip.
It was easy to get checked in! This place exceeded our expectations In many ways. The pictures and details on the various websites it is advertised do not do it justice. Most places try to exaggerate how nice it is. But not this place!
It is very charming and has all the amenities one could want or need. The washer and dryer is a bonus. It is very large for paris standards. This place is in excellent neighborhood but very close to all the amenities one needs for traveling. A few lovely restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood made this area a bonus. Excellent wraparound balconies with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from a distance.
It was also very nice having a small elevator in the building.

Would highly recommend this to a couple or even a larger party traveling. I can't say enough on how perfect it is!
