The apartment was renovated to the 9's by proud American owners. Each and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. You can't miss the HUGE bathroom and the fold out sleeping arrangements for up to 5 people. The location is on a lovely one way street and the bedroom is tucked away in the back. Two blocks from two different metro lines. There is dramatic mood lighting that you can see featured on the restored back wall of the living room.
You can tell that the owners wanted luxury. Because they spend much time here, the owners have made sure that the apartment pleases even the most demanding guests, themselves.
*Huge* Bathroom : Let's start here, because no other apartment on CobbleStay can rival this bathroom. You see artistic prints as you descend down the lighted steps toward the bathtub and separate shower. Jacuzzi tub. There is a combination washer/dryer hidden discretely behind the curtain.
Kitchen : There is a filtered coffee machine, along with the other modern conveniences. Dishwasher, Convection Oven, Microwave, Range. It's right next to the Living Room to make entertaining easier.
Living Room : Enjoy the spacious ceilings and the perfect lighting. The stone wall has been restored behind you with ambient lighting. You can enjoy the light and airy living space on the leather chair or couch. Keep cool with the new air conditioning unit. There is an iPod Docking Station, DVD player and fully equipped Sony LCD Television in the Living Room.
Bedroom : The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, away from the streetside. . There is a skylight which may be opened or closed using the remote.
The bedroom is also air conditioned to keep you cool at night.
Don't miss hot spot Andy Wahloo's, a great bar on the street that's famous for its rum cocktails and fun-loving patrons. Live like a local!

The apartment was as promised: in a great location, easy metro access, good for kids, plenty of space, and a much appreciated "American bathroom!" Rental management responded to questions before the trip, provided recommendations for airport transportation and for an excursion to Giverny, and met us at the property as planned--all came together beautifully. One little problem: We were never able to make any phone calls locally or to the U.S. The owners provide free calls to the U.S./Canada, but the modem needs to be "reset" occasionally. This aside, everything worked out great and we had a fantastic visit to Paris.

We had a great time - no complaints at all! Loved the quaint street and the easy walk to restaurants and shops; also took us only about 15 minutes to walk down to Notre Dame. The apartment was clean, pretty, and stocked with everything that we needed. We were there with our three kids (ages 12, 10 and 7), and there was plenty of space for all

Only reason I gave this 4 stars on the satisfaction was that the washer/dryer was not working which we needed. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The unit was well set up and much nicer than staying in a hotel. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for more of a 'Parisian' experience. <br/>

Yolanda, the property manager, was extremely accomodating (Thanks Yolanda), and Judy (who handled the check-in process) was very kind and helped get us oriented after a long flight. The property is very spacious, clean and has everything needed if you choose to eat in. The apartment manual was very helpful when needed to run the washing machine & dishwasher. It is very close to the metro, restaurants and markets. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental.
