Bonjour, My mother and I had a wonderful time in Paris!!!! We enjoyed the apt. because the location was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for your guidance to many places. We stopped by earlier today but the office was closed. We put the adaptor through the mailbox on the office door. Hope all is well with you.

We rented this apartment in July 2013 for a family of 4 with 2 adults and two kids. It was a little smaller than we expected, but had all of the necessary resources. We didn't use the kitchen to prepare any meals but it was nice to have a refrigerator. The location was just amazing. There are 100+ cafes within 3 blocks of the apartment. The St. Michel/Notre Dame and Odeon metro stops were both within 3 blocks of the apartment. Rue Buci, one block from the apartment, has many great cafes and small grocery store.
Response from Property Manager:
Merci for your review! Glad your family enjoyed your stay in the St. Germain. We LOVE this location as well--glad you found so many close wonderful spots. As a one bedroom, the space is a bit smaller than most can expect in comparison with an American 1 bedroom place. Next time you'll have to stay in one of our larger properties in Paris! Thank you again for your feedback.

The apartment was just as pictured ... but trust me, it looks small in the pictures and it is indeed small. The location is more than perfect... it is in a residential neighborhood with Paris's best restaurants within easy walking distance in one direction, and the Seine/Notre Dame/Louvre in easy walking distance in the other direction . We traveled with our 15 year old daughter who slept on the pull-out couch, which was more than adequate. Our welcoming host, Judy, was wonderful and helpful. The shower was great!! The only downside is that the apartment opens to the building's courtyard. While is was very quiet at night, it was very noisy in the mornings.
Response from Property Manager:
Merci for the kind review, we will pass the kind words on to Judy. We hope to have you as return guests. CobbleStay Team

Dealing with Cobblestay was easy. We were met at the front door by our greeter in Paris who was lovely and showed us through the apartment and explained how everything worked. She provided her cell number and e-mail in case we had any questions or issues. The apartment made a perfect home base in St Germain. There are tons of great cafes, restaurants and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The Louvre, Notre Dame, RER and subway stations are all very close by.
We enjoyed having a kitchen which allowed us to make some meals at "home". The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's quite small but comfortable for two people. Our luggage fit under the bed which kept it out of the way. The street is quiet and the apartment is on the back of the building overlooking a courtyard which was ideal for me as I'm a very light sleeper. The apartment is on the 1st floor (american 2nd floor) and there is no elevator so you have to drag your suit case up a narrow circular staircase.
