Stunning penthouse with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Very central to everything and easy walking distance to the major attractions. Apartment had everything there to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cobblestay and the owners were really helpful and were readily on hand if we had any queries. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering a trip to the beautiful capital.

The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, wonderful, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Even has washer/dryer! Only negative: 2 winding flights up, no elevator (a bit tough with heavy valises). Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

This is a great location for a stay in Paris. All things are very close. The apartment is well furnished and most things you might need are supplied. The only thing one needs to be aware is the seperation of the bathing and toilet facilities. The shower is a remodel and is small and a bit of a climb to enter.
Outside the door is everything one could want!

We enjoyed our apartment stay in Marais very much. The apartment was close to a delightful boulangerie and excellent restaurants. We were met at the the apartment and given a tour of the lodging. It was comfortable and a different vacation experience than staying at a hotel. We might suggest a couple of enhancements: 1. crisp, fresh bed and bath linens; 2. an insider's guide to the Marais -- we felt that we had a sense of the neighborhood just as we were concluding our visit. With a couple of adjustments, this would have been a perfect stay for us and our six-year-old daughter.

My husband chose this apartment as he loves this area of Paris. This apt is located right in the middle of Latin Quarter, five mins walk walk to Notre Dame.Tons of restaurants nearby. We spent 5 days with our 2 teenage children. Situated on quiet lane, just one flight up - which is refreshing in old buildings in Paris. Paris was packed with tourists at this time of year but the building was quiet as was the street below. The apartment is small but attractive and clean. The living room/kitchen has an couch/bed that was very comfortable and could sleep two children/teens. One tiny bedroom (just big enough for a bed and one side table - and not enough room for two people to get dressed at once).The apartment is great for two but a big cramped for more than that. However, when you are out all day it is sufficient. It has all that you need, a small but well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and more. There are books and travel guides on the shelves (with a take one, leave one)

Dealing with Cobblestay was easy. We were met at the front door by our greeter in Paris who was lovely and showed us through the apartment and explained how everything worked. She provided her cell number and e-mail in case we had any questions or issues. The apartment made a perfect home base in St Germain. There are tons of great cafes, restaurants and bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The Louvre, Notre Dame, RER and subway stations are all very close by.
We enjoyed having a kitchen which allowed us to make some meals at "home". The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's quite small but comfortable for two people. Our luggage fit under the bed which kept it out of the way. The street is quiet and the apartment is on the back of the building overlooking a courtyard which was ideal for me as I'm a very light sleeper. The apartment is on the 1st floor (american 2nd floor) and there is no elevator so you have to drag your suit case up a narrow circular staircase.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. My hubby and I haven't been back to Paris since we were dating. It has been 20years and this time around we brought our 2 boys. Our trip was just brilliant.
Your apartment is beautiful and most of all soo central to everything you need- famous tourist attractions, grocery shopping, art galleries, deli, gelato cafes and too many restaurants, bistros and cafes to choose from.
We just loved it!!!
The only feedback I have is the apartment didn't have a kettle and microwave oven which is pretty essential especially when you travel with you g children.

The place I chose ended up being perfect for our needs, and check in/out went extremely well. The only stress was before the trip when I tried unsuccessfully to contact Cobblestay about final payments. I would not have worried had the phone service been instructed to tell me they were closed for the week, and business as usual would happen upon return, not that my call would be returned withon 30 minutes! As I was planning a surprise anniversary trip, every detail was done secretly, and 6 weeks prior to leaving not having phone calls/email returned was unsettling. However once that was resolved, everything else was great and I would use Cobblestay apartments again.

The apartment was excellent and spacious with a convenient location. the area was quite at night which made for sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the view of the Eiffel tower very relaxing. Definitely the place to stay to have access to the Metro but not too close to the crowded tourist area. Will definitely look at this apartment for any future trips. We
